NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the British Columbia Conservation Foundation (the "Corporation") is called and will be held virtually on the 24th day of September 2025, at 7:00 pm (PDT) on MS Teams for the following purposes:
- To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended March 31, 2025;
- To elect Directors of the Corporation;
- To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year;
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
TO RSVP:
- A person may apply to the Board for membership in the Society, and the person becomes a member on the Board’s acceptance of the application and membership dues.
- Please RSVP to info@bccf.com with your name, address, email and telephone number if you plan to attend the AGM by 23rd day of September 2025 by 3:00 pm (PDT) prior to the commencement thereof.
- Membership is $1.00 and payment can be sent by to our office by Canada Post or via e-transfer.
- E-transfers - transfers@bccf.com. The question that every e-transfer from a society member should ask is “what is the first name of our Executive Director?”
