Situated in Surrey, the Southern BC Regional Office serves the Lower Mainland, Okanagan and Kootenay Regions of British Columbia.

Regional Personnel

Melinda Coleman,
B.Sc, Regional Manager

Melinda joined BCCF in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant. The 10 years of accounts payable/receivable and general office experience that Melinda brought to BCCF quickly moved her into Project Management. She is currently the longest standing Regional Manager with BCCF. Throughout her years, Melinda has managed projects province-wide with budgets ranging from $200.00 to $1 million. This has given Melinda great experience as well as a proven track record in providing reliable project management, innovative budgeting practices, exceptional supervision and conflict management skills and extensive knowledge in the environmental field.

Deborah McNicol,
Project Coordinator/Accountant

Deborah has been with BCCF since 1997 and joined the Lower Mainland Region as Ms. Coleman's Assistant in late 1998. Deborah has brought to BCCF her extensive knowledge on all aspects of administrative duties and office management, which has proven very helpful in assisting employees with computer programs, procedures, organization, etc. Her expertise in database design and management has provided BCCF with a means for more accurate and detailed record keeping.
